Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Laffinity has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child.

These standards apply to all content, accounts, messages, profiles, comments, and interactions on Laffinity.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, sharing, promoting, or linking to CSAM.
• Sexualizing a child or depicting a child in a sexually explicit or exploitative context, including generated or manipulated media.
• Grooming, coercing, blackmailing, or attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child.
• Sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or offering anything of value in exchange for sexual content involving a child.
• Identifying, doxxing, harassing, or retaliating against a child victim or a person who reports a child-safety concern.

3. Reporting Child-Safety Concerns

Users can report content, accounts, or interactions through Laffinity's in-app reporting tools. Urgent child-safety concerns may also be sent to support@laffinity.com with relevant details.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement agency. Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM when making a report.

4. Our Response and Enforcement

• We review child-safety reports and may immediately restrict access while an investigation is underway.
• Confirmed violations may result in content removal, account suspension or permanent termination, and prevention of repeat access.
• We preserve relevant information when legally required and cooperate with valid requests from law-enforcement authorities.
• Where required by applicable law, we report apparent CSAM and related child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations.

5. Prevention and Platform Safety

• Laffinity is intended for users aged 13 and older.
• Users under 18 should use the platform with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• We provide reporting and blocking tools and use moderation processes to identify and address harmful content and behavior.
• We may update our safeguards as risks, laws, and industry practices evolve.

6. Legal Compliance

Laffinity complies with applicable child-safety laws and responds to legally valid requests from authorized agencies. We do not tolerate attempts to use the platform to facilitate child exploitation or evade child-safety enforcement.
