1. Introduction

Welcome to Laffinity, a humour-focused social entertainment platform created to spread laughter, creativity, and positive digital entertainment. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Laffinity application, website, competitions, rewards, creator programs, and related services.

By accessing or using Laffinity, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Purpose of Laffinity

Laffinity is intended for memes, comedy videos, funny reels, skits, humorous content, creator challenges, community entertainment, and positive interactions.

• The Platform is not intended for political campaigns, political propaganda, religious conflicts, hate movements, violent extremism, harmful activities, or non-entertainment controversies.
• Users agree to use the Platform only for entertainment and lawful purposes.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Laffinity.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate information, follow applicable laws, maintain respectful behaviour, and use the Platform responsibly.
• Users may not create fake accounts for fraud, abuse, harassment, or manipulation.
• Laffinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• Keep account credentials secure.
• Maintain accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.
• Notify Laffinity immediately of unauthorized account access.
• Laffinity is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence.

5. User Content

Users may upload memes, funny videos, comedy skits, humorous reactions, and creative entertainment content. Users remain solely responsible for their uploaded content.

By uploading content, users grant Laffinity permission to display, promote, distribute, and showcase content within the Platform.

Laffinity has zero tolerance for objectionable user-generated content, including hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, pornography involving minors, CSAM, illegal activity, and any content that endangers others. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Content

• Political campaigns, advertisements, propaganda, election manipulation, political misinformation, or political hate speech.
• Religious hatred, attacks on religious groups, or content intended to provoke conflicts.
• Sexism, harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• Graphic violence, violent threats, self-harm promotion, dangerous challenges, or harmful instructions.
• Pornographic material, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, sexual harassment, or nudity intended for sexual purposes.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any content that sexualizes or endangers a minor — zero tolerance.
• Fake news, false claims, fraudulent content, or manipulated content presented as fact.

7. Humour Guidelines

Laffinity encourages humour and creativity. Humour must not be used to bully others, harass individuals, promote hate, encourage violence, humiliate people, or spread harmful misinformation.

Humour should remain creative, respectful, positive, and entertaining.

8. Creator Rules

• Creators must own or have permission to upload content.
• Content must comply with applicable laws and Platform guidelines.
• Creators must not buy fake followers, use engagement bots, manipulate views or votes, or copy content without permission.

9. Competitions & Challenges

Laffinity may organize meme competitions, comedy contests, creator challenges, community events, and promotional campaigns.

Participants agree to follow competition rules, submit original content, avoid cheating, and respect judges and participants.

10. Competition Disqualification

• Fake engagement, vote manipulation, multiple fake accounts, copyright violations, fraudulent activity, or prohibited content may result in disqualification.
• Laffinity's decision regarding disqualification shall be final.

11. Winner Selection

Winners may be selected based on creativity, originality, engagement, and community participation. Laffinity reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding prizes.

12. Rewards, Coins, Diamonds & Digital Items

• Virtual items have no cash value unless officially stated.
• Items are intended only for entertainment.
• Items cannot be sold or transferred outside the Platform.
• Laffinity may modify or discontinue reward systems at any time.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform assets including logos, branding, software, features, designs, and graphics are owned by Laffinity or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform assets without permission.

14. Copyright Policy

Users may only upload content they created or have legal permission to use. Copyright complaints may result in content removal, account warnings, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

15. Content Moderation

Laffinity may review content, restrict content, remove content, suspend accounts, or disable Platform features. Moderation actions may occur without prior notice.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Confirmed violations are actioned promptly, which may include permanent account termination and preservation of records for lawful requests.

16. Reporting Violations

Users may report content that violates community guidelines, copyright laws, platform rules, or safety standards using in-app Report tools on posts, profiles, and messages. Users may also block other accounts to stop further contact.

False reporting intended to harm others may result in penalties. Reports of illegal content, including CSAM, should be sent to support@laffinity.com when urgent; if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

17. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for repeated violations, hate speech, harassment, fraud, copyright infringement, illegal activity, or dangerous behaviour. Terminated users may lose access to content, rewards, rankings, and platform privileges.

18. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of Laffinity is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Laffinity may collect information necessary to operate the Platform, improve user experience, ensure security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

19. Disclaimer

Laffinity is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Laffinity does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continuous availability, or accuracy of user-generated content. Users access the Platform at their own risk.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laffinity shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, service interruptions, or user-generated content.

21. Changes to Terms

Laffinity may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Laffinity operates. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

23. Chat & Messaging Policy

• Harassment, bullying, abusive messages, hate speech, religious hatred, political propaganda, threats, intimidation, blackmail, spam, scams, sexually explicit content, illegal content, impersonation, or sharing private information without consent are prohibited.
• Users are solely responsible for messages they send. Laffinity may investigate reported conversations and take appropriate action.
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal information such as passwords, bank details, OTPs, or confidential information through chat.
